Terms and Conditions

In the case of a requested order, a contract for web site development or other Internet services related work is signed under the following conditions:

1. Subject of the contract:
In the role of a CONTRACTOR has Star Creator Ltd.
In the role of a CLIENT has a person or company that has ordered a website or other Internet services related work.
The CLIENT orders the CONTRACTOR to perform services: web site development or other Internet services related work, on a project and offer in response to the requirements of the CLIENT.

2. Execution of the order:
2.1. Before the commencement of the order, the CLIENT shall pay to the CONTRACTOR an advance of 50% to 100% of the contracted amount.
2.2. The CONTRACTOR is obliged to execute the order, according to the project and the offer, which he has sent and has been approved by the CLIENT.
2.3. Upon completion of the assignment, the CLIENT will pay to the CONTRACTOR the remainder of the total agreed amount.
2.4. The amount will be paid by bank transfer, by electronic means or by bank card, for which the CLIENT will be issued an invoice.
2.5. The contract must be fulfilled in two stages, and within a certain number of agreed working days from the date of receipt of the advance payment, the CONTRACTOR must send a draft and within a certain number of agreed working days after the approval of the project by the CLIENT, the CONTRACTOR must complete the order.

3. Procurement process:
3.1. The CLIENT must provide all the required materials necessary for the execution of the contract within 5 working days after the conclusion of the contract.
3.2. The CLIENT must approve or reject reasonably the proposed design of the site within 5 working days of its submission.
3.3. Changing the structure or design of the site after the approval of the project by the CLIENT may result in re-programming or additional work. In such cases, the CONTRACTOR shall have the right to request additional payment for the work that has been re-performed.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties:
4.1. Rights and obligations of the CLIENT:
4.1.1. Provide the CONTRACTOR with all the necessary data and materials for the execution of the order.
4.1.2. To pay the CONTRACTOR an advance payment.
4.1.3. To pay to the CONTRACTOR the full remuneration after the completion of the order.
4.1.4. The CLIENT has the right at any time to obtain information about the stage of completion of the order.
4.1.5. The CLIENT has the right to change the structure of the order, but if the change will lead to a significant amount of re-programming work, he is obliged to pay the necessary amount.
4.2. Rights and obligations of the CONTRACTOR:
4.2.1. To execute the order of the CLIENT.
4.2.2. Upon request to notify the CLIENT immediately of the results of the execution of the order.
4.2.3. Keep and disclose confidential data provided by the CLIENT. Further information on the privacy policy can be obtained here.
4.2.4. The CONTRACTOR has the right to receive the due payments.
4.2.5. The CONTRACTOR is obliged to provide the CLIENT with all the data, accounts and passwords necessary for the administration of the result of the order after it has been completed and has been paid in full.
4.2.6. In case of any hacker attacks and damage caused by third parties on the site, the CONTRACTOR is not responsible for any subsequent issues related to the operation of the website.

5. Cancellation of an order:

6. Additional provisions:
6.1. For all matters not covered by the contract, the provisions of the LOC and the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
6.2. The parties shall decide on possible disputes arising from the implementation of the agreement by mutual agreement and, where this is not possible, under the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
